Rent is $845/month, with bills ranging from $115-175/month (on the higher end in winter). Security deposit is $1250 and lease is month-to-month. There's a good amount of kitchen space, a living room, and the property has a small yard/garden. There is also an in-unit washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. The place is a short walk from downtown about a 15 minute bike ride from the UO campus. Parking is free, it's a gravel lot right outside the house and is shared with the adjacent house.
