Hello! We are looking for a 5th person to join our cozy, queer-friendly home in South Eugene, located near Hideaway Bakery. The available bedroom is 9'x10' with rent at $568/month and utilities ranging from ~$89-$130 monthly, plus a $500 refundable deposit at move in. The room is available on September 1st, and we rent through Stewardship Properties. We plan to start interviewing in the coming weeks with hopes of finding a good fit early-mid August.

We are a household of 4 people in our 20s and 30s, and one sweet 7 year old cat. We are a group of early risers who enjoy talking and spending time together in common spaces, work together to keep a tidy and cozy dwelling, host occasional game nights and enjoy art/crafts. We would like to find a kind roommate who would contribute to communal chores. Unfortunately, we are not open to more pets at this time.
