Im in my 50s, energetic, friendly and long time meditator and spiritual life is important to me,
though I consider it also private and I respect everyone.
I am also aware of sensitivities; allergies to chemicals, pollens, emfs, foods and my home take this
into consideration for those that need it.
The small number of other houses in the neighborhood are mostly young retired, though I still work,
so if youre retired and looking to down size and live in a peaceful and drama free share this may be for

downtown Cottage Grove and 30 minutes to the center of Eugene.
I have one kitty who has lived with other animals his whole life and can get along with everyone..
he is indoor/outdoor, but we would be happy living with a indoor pets (but no dogs as per rules of the community, sorry! I love them!) Rent to start would be 1100 a month with first and last to move in.
This would be in the second week of May.
There are 3 bedrooms with 3 baths and we can find a 3rd housemate eventually
but to keep the process simpler, it will be the two of us on the lease agreement.
