Growing family looking to sell our first home and upgrade to our forever home.
Looking for a home with either a large lot or some land hopefully around 2 acres or more.
Our budget is $400k unless there is room for us to add an adu or has another dwelling on the property then our budget goes to about 550k.
That would allow us to have my disabled father in law to have a place on the property.
We would have around 100k cash to put down and would prefer to not work with agent but open to it of course if necessary.
We are flexible with time and are in no rush so if you need a year to get everything in order we can work with that.
We are a family of 3 and feeling a little cramped in our current home and want to grow our family but will have to find a new home first.
We love the outdoors, gardening and finding new ways to be self sustainable. We would love a place in cottage grove close to our family that can support a hobby farm.

I know it seems like a small budget with this many requests but I’m a stay at home mom raising a toddler so we only have one income.
