LOOKING FOR GARAGE / FLEX SPACE — YouTube Creator + Automotive Business Opportunity (First Month Free?)
I'm a full-time YouTube content creator with 27,200 subscribers, 1,213 videos, and over 8 million views on my automotive channel — active since 2017. I'm looking for a garage or flex space to use as a daily base of operations.
Here's what I need the space for:
• My 1994 Chevy C1500 Cheyenne — storage and ongoing project work. 65+ dedicated videos and some of the best GMT400 content online: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLZPFVgOzDxzUNotTlw4KYrOgZebABH3Gg
• A desk / work area where I run my content business daily
• Gym equipment — squat rack, treadmill, seated row machine, and a few additional pieces
• Storage — roughly 10x10 of neatly stacked totes (15-20), a rolling tool chest, and misc boxes. Everything stacks clean.
Realistic space requirement: a two-car garage or larger flex space.
Here's my ask: First month free as a trial so we can both confirm the fit. After that, something fair and affordable long-term.
Now here's where it gets interesting.
I also run a professional automotive video service — walkaroundcarreviews.com — and depending on the location and setup of the space, there's a real opportunity to turn this into something more. I have automotive business ideas that don't involve repair work and that could generate consistent traffic and revenue from the right location. In this economy, a garage sitting empty is a missed opportunity. I'm not.
The right garage owner who's open to a creative arrangement could benefit well beyond a simple monthly rental.
What you get at minimum:
• A daily, responsible occupant who keeps things clean and organized
• Potential YouTube exposure to an engaged automotive audience
• A conversation about what else this space could be doing for you
Power and basic lighting required. Heat a plus.
If you have a garage, workshop, or flex space that's underused — let's talk.
