Hello my name is Larry and I'm looking for a cooking position. I have 20 years experience as a cook in the Portland area working in Mexican, American, and French restaurants. Had my for a 1983 working at the Poor Richard's restaurant and ending in 2002 at the Brasserie Montmartre. I have experience in all aspects of kitchen operations from prep to line cooking, ordering, and menu planning. I also have bartending experience but I'm not interested in working in the front of the house again.
For the past 17 years I have been working in the construction industry as a handyman and landscaper, but I'm looking to re-enter the restaurant industry now. I have a strong work ethic, and I'm in good health.
