I have extensive experience in customer service and business development in retail, hotels/hospitality/restaurants/bars, entertainment/events, art galleries, film/TV, health care, and much more.
I've just returned from extensive travels in Europe, Asia, and Latin America and am ready to start immediately to help you, your team, and your customers succeed!
Expert in talent acquisition and team development (professional recruitment/training), marketing/promotions, branding (logos, advertisements) for established companies and start-ups.
I am an excellent communicator verbally, in writing, and can produce radio and TV advertisements, promotional videos for social media, trade shows, events, etc.
I also can read and communicate a bit in Spanish. I am not fully conversationally fluent yet.
