3 years property maintenance: foreclosure/eviction cleanouts, lot cleanouts, carpet removal, flood cuts, turnovers, blinds, basic plumbing and electrical, appliance repair/replacement, paint, pictures, sprinklers, towel bars, light, fixtures, faucets, drywall repair and texture, fence repair, door repair, knobs and locks, key making, toilet repair/replacement
3 years construction clean up. Familiar with all phases from framing to move in. Build loads to safety and legal travel standards. Sweep with minimal dust, knowledge of what chemicals go on what surfaces, pressure washing
6 years: home remodeling. Real professional grade dust containment, floor and surface protection, tear outs for floods, fires, pet juice, leaks and renovation. Framing, insulation, sheeteock, texture, painting, lvp and hard wood flooring, cupboards/cabinets, counters, highbar leveling, tile, rock masonary, appliance placement, top and under-mount sinks, faucets, shower framing/boarding (plumb, level, square and flat) outdoor kitchens, material delivery, basic plumbing and electric, granite fabrication, templates, cnc and pro edge, 1 hour fire walls, blinds, bathtub inserts, handling finished products with care.
3 years: finish carpentry, baseboards, stairs, doors, slider doors, barn doors door trim, closets, toe kicks, quarter round, window sills, stair rails, wanescoat, mud room benches, shelves, crown moulding, cupboards/cabinets, caulking Familiar with most natural and synthetic materials.
1 year. Office supply assembly. Familiar with many brands of office chairs, cubicle assemblies, desks, file cabinets, office move outs/move ins, ware house receiving, recieving inventory, damage reporting, swivel forklift, order picking/building, deliveries, large box truck driving, loading orders for shipping.
