We are a Eugene based company that owns and manages multi-family properties and are looking for an assistant leasing agent to join our team at our downtown office.
Some of the job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: responding to phone inquiries and emails regarding vacancies and general information regarding our properties, processing rental applications, working with team members in making appointments and showing vacant units to prospective tenants.
The ideal candidate should enjoy working with a diverse population, have a positive and friendly personality, good communication skills, and have the ability to manage their own schedule reliably. Must have good computer skills, a reliable vehicle, and a strong work ethic. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team. Training and office equipment will be provided. Prior experience is not required, but is preferred.
