Steering Wheel - $150 (Eugene)

Helping a friend whose husband passed clear out some car parts he left behind. He had several car projects over the years, but unfortunately we don’t know what these were intended for. Hoping to find a good home for parts and grouping them into a few listings.

Parts in the install kit don’t appear to match the box, so I’m guessing these were the old parts. Not sure if these are connected to the steering wheel or a separate project.
