The interior has been gutted aside from the driver's seat, shower and toilet. It does come with a stove and propane tank connected. All tires are solid and holding air.
The engine has been rekeyed, so you are welcome, of course, to try and get it running but we have had no success. I do not have keys to the doors but they are all unlocked.
There are 2 broken seals that I have counted so far on the roof resulting in minor leakage that has been able to be contained with a tarp and bungees. The ladder and spare tire are in good working shape.
The interior floors are decent with a couple of small soft spots, but the flooring is laminate laid on carpet so it could be a soft spot or it could just be carpet. 🤷♀️
We are working on cleaning out the interior and we'll have it looking much better for delivery.🥰 i can only post ten pictures at a time.So I will take more for any serious inquiries.
You will need to transfer the title. I have a bill of sale.
