Have a property in Eugene on the westside of town that I'm starting to put some feelers to find someone solid and trustworthy with nice RV or tiny house that would like a spacious in town property to rent. Property is just under an acre and would be ideal for someone who likes to garden. Property is on well water and septic so unfortunately do not have sewer hookup. I just fill up drinking water jugs at Walmart/Winco.
There are some established perennials (grapes, apples, artichokes, rosemary)
House on the property but is not habitable currently and is essentially just storage for me and occasional visit when in town. I will mostly be in California for the next 1-2 years at a minimum and looking for the right situation and trustworthy person, will interview interested parties to find the right fit.
Have accessible 30 and 50 amp power hookups on the side of the house.
Willing to provide power and RV/Tiny Home parking space for $800/month. Open to work trades/landscaping work towards rent discount if someone is so inclined.
References and deposit required. Must be respectful and conscientious of elder neighbors.

Would have a lot more space and privacy and much cheaper than an RV park, but I've been burned trying to help people out in the past that turned out to not be honest or trustworthy people so I will be very discerning with this and find the right fit. Not in any hurry, but i don't want to leave the property vacant when I head to California either.
