I have a large driveway very close to West 11th ave that I am willing to rent out for off street vehicle storage. Ideally a car, truck, trailer, or maybe a small RV. Could also store a small shipping container.
I dont want to glorify it, its basically an uncovered concrete pad on private property.
I have lights and security cameras, am usually home, and have close, vigilant neighbors.
There are no RV hookups and I am not looking to have anyone live there.
You would of course be welcome to access your vehicle or storage as needed, but ideally this is just a storage situation, Im not looking to host late night driveway parties, have lots of traffic, daily visits, etc.
You are welcome to set up a temporary carport or cover if you would like.
Im not interested in hosting a long term, potentially never finished auto project, and its not a good place for a chop shop or for parting out vehicles, but if you had a specific repair or two you needed a place to perform, Id be willing to talk about it.
