The office is located next to Island Park. The suite includes free parking, a spacious waiting room with water and tea available, as well as, an ADA-accessible bathroom with grab bars.
Rent is $164.00 per day monthly (e.g., each Tuesday of the month) with a 3% increase annually. Rent includes utilities, garbage collection, central heat and air, and high-speed internet. Office is located close to bus line. No security deposit required, month-to-month lease. The entire space, including all offices, is used some Fri - Sun (up to 1x / month) for training events for mental health therapists.
Cleaning of common areas and vacuuming of offices included. Basic cleaning supplies for in-office needs provided.
This space is not child-friendly and all children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. (I'd like to keep this a peaceful and quiet space). Renters must be practicing under the guidelines and ethics of a State of Oregon Licensing Board and must have a general liability insurance policy (i.e., a 'slip and fall' policy) naming the lessor as additional insured.
