We are energy body workers, massage therapists — looking for similar practitioners.
We have two fully finished basement-level offices (each with a window) for rent. It is $550/month for both for one person, or $350 each for two people: one is 9x9, and the other is 7x12 with an extra triangular area.
Rent includes garbage, internet, EWEB, gas, and McKenzie Mist water for clients
Includes shared waiting room area, alter/decompression room, and kitchen.
Free street parking for clients! Has AC :)
