*Additional Option: The Earth room could also be available most Tuesdays. There is a provider who works out of this room one Tuesday per month on a set schedule, so it may be used by someone else the other Tuesdays.
$115: For Earth room on Tuesdays (3 out of 4 Tuesdays per month)
Requirements:
- Valid professional business license in Oregon and good standing in your field
- Malpractice/liability insurance required
