This is a single, quiet room that measures about 10’ x 12’ with two big windows that look out over downtown Eugene. There is a small shared waiting area closeby, also there is a shared break room with a refrigerator, a microwave, and a place to sit and eat lunch. The office is on the second floor of an office building, and it is accessed by a staircase. The other tenants on the floor are therapists also.

The term for this lease is month to month as the building is currently for sale. The new owner may or may not elect to keep the tenants. Of course if the building sells and the new owner decides to end your tenancy, you will have a minimum of 60 days to move.

Water and power, trash and gardening are included with the rent price. Your personal services, such as phone/internet are not. But you may be able to share internet with someone else in the building or use your hotspot.

There is also a large conference room that is available for your occasional use. In the past it has been used for things like lectures, fundraisers, and networking meetings. It has seating for up to 40 people, and a big TV to show your powerpoint.
