We have suites available on the first and second floor - ranging from $350 to $625 per month. These are individual executive suites that are approximately 111 sq. ft. to 257 sq. ft. Some of the suites have built-in desks or cupboards. (Suite availability changes, so email for current suite availability - not all sizes, features, or prices listed are currently available). This is a very quiet building with great architectural design features. The office building is located off Hwy 99 in West Eugene near West 5th Avenue. We’re close enough to the hustle and bustle of Eugene without the headache of downtown parking.
