Each practitioner would have their own dedicated treatment room, not a shared rotating room, with generous access throughout the week. The clinic is fully available Thursday through Sunday, with additional weekday access on Monday mornings and evenings, Tuesday mornings and later evenings, and Wednesday afternoons and evenings. This offers the feel of a private practice space without the cost of a full-time commercial lease.
Best fit: licensed massage therapist, bodyworker, craniosacral therapist, somatic practitioner, or other quiet wellness professional with their own clients.
The clinic has a calm healing atmosphere, waiting area, restroom access, utilities, and a professional setting.
Rent is $550/month per room. I may consider $495/month for the first three months for the right person.
