As the face of our business, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in providing exceptional service. Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide accurate information as needed
Schedule and confirm appointments for RV services and repairs
Manage and organize paperwork, including invoices, work orders, and customer records
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist customers with general inquiries, providing product information, and directing them to the appropriate departments
Coordinate with service technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of customer requests
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments received
Assist with various administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or customer service are a plus
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in using computer software such as MS Office and scheduling systems
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and transactions
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Knowledge of the RV industry or a willingness to learn
