All Star Labor and Staffing is hiring a Part-Time Human Resources Coordinator/ Payroll to support their HR team! This role assists with onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, recruitment support, employee records, payroll/insurance paperwork, and general HR office support .
What You’ll Do:
-Coordinate new hire onboarding & employee exits
-Assist with health & benefits enrollments and changes
-Support recruiting and candidate follow-up
-Maintain employee files (electronic & hard copy)
-Provide friendly internal support to employees
-Help coordinate employee events and special projects
What We’re Looking For:
-2+ years of related HR experience
-Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred)
-Strong communication & organizational skills
-Professional, confidential, and detail-oriented
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-SHRM-CP or PHR a plus
Hybrid Position (20 hrs a week)
