Requirements:
• Bilingual in English & Spanish (A MUST)
• Previous property management or leasing experience required
• LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) experience is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Manage daily property operations
• Assist with leasing, resident relations, and compliance

• Maintain occupancy and resident satisfaction
