I'm looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to help from my home office in Eugene with a variety of administrative and organizational projects for my medical supply company, custom textbook publishing business, real estate investment company, and family office.
Projects include organizing files and office systems, scanning documents, data entry, research, email correspondence, and working with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Canva, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, and Microsoft Copilot. Every day is a little different, so the work stays interesting.
I'm looking for someone who is organized, dependable, trustworthy, comfortable using computers, eager to learn, and able to work independently. Office experience is helpful but not required. A positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail are most important.
This is a part-time position with flexible hours and the opportunity for additional work in the future.
