BRING seeks enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals with an interest in sustainability, waste reduction, and community engagement to join our team as a full-time Rethink Program Coordinator. The Coordinator supports Lane County businesses through outreach, on-site consultations, and waste assessments to help improve efficiency, reduce costs, and conserve resources. This position includes conducting business visits, preparing written recommendations and reports, maintaining program data, and collaborating with local partners to advance recycling and conservation initiatives. The role requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 35 pounds and local travel, is required. Extensive training and support will be provided.
