Requirements:
• BA/BS with coursework appropriate to the position and at least 5 years related experience or equivalent combination of training and experience appropriate to the position
• Extensive training and hands-on experience in full cycle accounting practices and their application
• Proficiency in Finance and accounting software (Dynamics 365 (previously Navision), Prophix)

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, particularly in areas such as pivot tables, integration with other software applications, and other advanced functionalities
• Familiarity with non-profit accounting practices, along with prior experience working with federal grants

Job Duties:
• Assist in monthly close process
• Perform bank reconciliations within ERP system
• Assist with annual audits
• Prepare invoices and perform all accounts receivable duties
• Prepare monthly journal entries
