I'm a musician myself but also enjoy other aspects of putting on shows. I've never toured, and would enjoy getting some tour experience without the pressure to perform. I can basically act as a manager of sorts, making sure we know the logistics of where and when to set up, helping to set up (I'm fast), helping with the sound check (I have a musician's ears), running the merch table, picking up equipment when something breaks, etc. I have a ton of experience organizing gigs, shows, and events, and am very cool under pressure. I know sound equipment and technology and am very good at troubleshooting. And all the while I can take cool photos and post them on Instagram or wherever! Basically, you need someone to help with all the extra stuff while you focus on your art and being ready to perform.

I can also drive well with a clean driving record, and have experience driving larger vehicles including moving trucks and pickups with trailers. As a former warehouser, I'm very fast and efficient with moving and loading/unloading stuff, and I play a mean game of Tetris.
I'm 38, decent health, live in Eugene, but can really go anywhere with enough planning/notice. My other work is on the computer so I can do it from anywhere.
For payment I'd probably want a modest per-diem for costs while on the road, and then a percentage of show, merch, and other income during the tour, probably something around 15% off the top. We'd sign a contract to make sure we all know our rights and obligations. Everything professional and above board!
About me: I'm 38, recently got a master's in music composition from UO. I have extensive experience playing/performing pop, classical, and various kinds of world music, and specialize in arranging. I have been playing piano for 30 years and also play percussion, ukulele, a bit of electric bass, some singing, and bandoneon (tango accordion). I also love to dance and enjoy putting showmanship into my performing.
I'm queer and heavily left politically and would love to work with bands who are socially aware in similar ways. That's not necessary though; a job is a job as long as everyone is treated with respect!
