Rehearsal space - needed for MOVIE (Eugene)

Trying something different. Looking on craigslist to see if anyone here has the space we are looking for.
We are shooting a movie in the spring. A horror-comedy that centers around a band. Part of this movie takes place at their rehearsal space (in the script it's their guitarists house / living room).
We are looking for a place that has that punk rock, house show, band house vibe. We would need to use the space for about 5 days in March. We would compensate you for the use plus you'd get to be a part of cool indie film project.

We are also giong to be looking for bands to help us pull off a killer concert scene at the end of the movie.
And extras for many scenes, so if you've ever wanted to kill or be killed in a horror movie... this is your chance.
