condition: excellent
make / manufacturer: Gibson Masterbuilt
model name / number: LC-1 Cascade
2004 Gibson Masterbuilt LC-1 Cascade. Made in Boseman, Montana. U.S.A. All solid woods, cedar top, quilted maple back and sides. Mahogany neck. Indian rosewood fretboard. There is a roughly 5 inch, luthier-repaired crack in the lower bout (see pics). This was a shipping mishap (temp change? unloosened strings?) that occurred when I received the guitar a few years ago. Completely stable since repair, professionally glued inside and touched up lacquer. A few minor scratches on top; some string changing swirls on headstock. See detailed pictures, that are part of the description. Good string action. Light construction, beautiful sound, with especially good bass and treble sound with the cedar and maple combo. Sounds fantastic fingerpicking, and I believe that is what it was designed for, without a pickguard.
Additional features: mother-of-pearl and abalone inlays; SJ200-style Indian rosewood 'mustache' bridge, with matching fretboard cutout; Swiss-made Schertler acoustic interior transducer (no barn door cutout). Case candy. Original, blue interior, Gibson hardshell case.

Thanks for looking!
