This is a heavy-duty power amplifier. Bridged Mono it can output 800 watts RMS at 4 Ohms. I'm the original owner. These were built to compete with the CROWN DCA 300's. The Crowns did all of the heavy lifting back in the day, but were notorious for blowing up and smoking the output transistors. Carvin designed these units well, and avoided all of the smoke and roasting.
