I've just been WAY to impulsive when I came across good deals on small practice amps at thrift stores and garage/estate sales, etc. I'm trying to empty a spare bedroom that is just full of stuff so I can set it up for my kid when I have him.
I have the following with prices and notes.
Crate Retrofex RFX15: Makes that little "bump" sound common with older solid state amps when you power it up, but works perfctly otherwise. Great tones from clean to Metal. $50.00.
Roland Micro Cube RX in near new condition with no issues. Has non-original, but properly rated power supply that's a bit short. Also runs on 6 AA batteries so you can take it to the park or use for busking. Price: $150.00. This amp in this condition sells for about 250 on the eBay or Reverb, so 150 is a bargain. Very popular and highly rated amps.
Epiphone Valve Junior combo tube amp in near mint condition cosmetically, but only plays at very low volume. I work on guitars, not amps and suspect it's just a tube thing. These are highly sought after amps and worth the effort to get it working properly again. $SOLD
Vox AdioAir GT. Near mint condition and works perfectly. Easier for me if you just Google the brand and model to see what features this amp has. Very cool amp with great tonal variety. $SOLD
Crate 212 combo amp. Works, but has channel switching issues. When powered on, it only plays with the solo channel. When the footswitch is connected, you can switch to the clean channel with it, but not back to the solo/distortion channel with the footswitch. I suspect it's a footswitch issue, but still a great amp if on a budget and want something that can get real loud. Missing the knobs for the effects controls, but still easy enough to turn them and effects work great. $50.00.
I also have a Fender Mustang 1 combo amp is near new condition that works perfectly, just forgot to take a pic of it. $75.00.
And lastly, a really cool Korg Pandora portable effects unit that is also a killer headphone amp. Works great with no issues and has killer tones. $65.00.
Feel free to bring your guitar to check out before buying. I do have a guitar on hand to demo with too, but only with me playing it as I don't let anyone handle my guitar.
FCFS, cash only and no holds beyond the time it take for you to get to me locally. Sorry, just way to many flakes that like to waster other people's time haunting craigslist lately and I have zero patience for this.
