For flamenco players and classical enthusiasts, the Yamaha CG171SF is hard to beat for the price and capability. Now a discontinued model, the CG171SF evokes the dignity and flair of a much more expensive instrument but at an accessible price (something Yamaha consistently delivers). Solid European Spruce top with a gloss finish, cypress back and sides, nato neck with a shallow neck angle, and rosewood fingerboard and bridge. It also features a subtle, transparent scrape guard on the top. Not an extremely loud guitar, but the tone is exceptional and the playability exceeds the standards for a guitar in this price range. There is a single small scratch behind the bridge as seen in the photos, otherwise this is in near new condition.
