Job Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, and prepare cabinet components according to production specifications.
Operate production equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Verify materials and finished parts meet quality standards.
Follow work orders, production schedules, and department procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Assist other departments as needed to support production goals.
Qualifications:
Manufacturing, woodworking, or production experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the shift.
