Responsibilities:
• Apply paints, and finishes using spray equipment.
• Prepare materials for finishing by sanding, cleaning, masking, and inspecting surfaces.
• Maintain consistent finish quality while meeting production schedules.
• Clean, maintain, and organize the spray booth, spray equipment, and finishing supplies.
• Follow all safety procedures for handling paints, stains, and solvents.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including a protective spray suit and respirator.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and report maintenance needs.
• Keep the finishing area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Assist with other production duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Previous spray finishing or painting experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
