Schedule: Full-Time | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM | Rotating Schedule
Express Employment Professionals is recruiting a Shift Supervisor for a manufacturing facility in Brownsville, OR. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing production operations, supporting team performance, and maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and support production team members throughout the shift.
Promote a safe work environment and enforce safety procedures.
Monitor production, quality, housekeeping, and operational performance.
Assist with employee training and development.
Oversee production equipment and manufacturing systems.
Maintain accurate production, downtime, and quality records.
Troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement efforts.
Provide coverage for production positions as needed.
Qualifications
3–5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees.
Experience with manufacturing processes and troubleshooting preferred.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements
Stand and walk for most of the shift.
Bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach as needed.
Regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
Work indoors and outdoors in a manufacturing environment.
