This is a shower pan kit purchased new at Jerry's about 5 years ago. Plans changed and I never used it. It has four drain slopes that can be cut and fit around most drain locations. Then you waterproof and time over and dont have to worry about the slope being correct. It seems like a great system and when I purchased it new it cost around $250-$300.
