The yard is overgrown (see attached pics) and needs to be mowed and weed whacked. The scope of work involves just mowing and weedeating only - no shrub or tree trimming, no debris removal, no leaf removal - just a basic mow, blow, and go.
After the initial cut is completed, the yard will need to be mowed twice a month.
The equipment required is a lawnmower, weedeater, and blower or broom. You must have a smartphone to take before, during, and after photos of all work performed.
Payment for work performed is sent by Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, credit card, or check.
