Breed: Russian Tortoise (medium-sized, yellowish/brown shell with dark patches).Behavior: He loves the warm weather and is very active, but he will likely try to burrow into loose dirt, mulch, or hide under plants, decks, or stairs as the evening cools down.
Please check your yards, gardens, and under patio furniture or under your cars before you leave if you live nearby!
He can move surprisingly fast. HE DOES NOT BITE!
If you spot him, please call or text immediately. He will NOT BITE YOU. so if you can grab him before he takes off that is great!!
