Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers and should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers as they arrive.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls courteously and professionally.
Provide information about our products and services to customers.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the calendar.
Perform basic clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Friendly and professional demeanor.
