Terpening Terrace Eugene’s Upscale retirement community seeks a full-time maintenance professional who is detail- oriented to supervise our Maintenance team. We are looking for a Plant Engineer who has passion, integrity, dedication and enjoys working with seniors.
Basic knowledge in most of the trade fields such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC systems, and large and small appliances is appreciated. The Plant Engineer’s responsibility is in minor repairs and maintaining resident apartments, building interior and exterior maintenance, parking area and grounds, supervise custodial and maintenance staff, maintain equipment, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, supervise outside contractors.
