Job Duties
• Perform secondary manufacturing operations including grinding, deburring, drilling, tapping, and finishing metal parts
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Read blueprints and follow work instructions
• Operate grinders, drill presses, sanders, measuring tools, and other shop equipment
• Complete production paperwork accurately
• Report quality or production issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Work with the production team to meet daily goals
Qualifications
• Manufacturing or metal fabrication experience preferred
• Experience using grinders, drill presses, sanders, or similar equipment is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or on a team
• High school diploma or GED preferred
Physical Requirements
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Stand for extended periods
• Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and repetitive hand movements
• Push and pull material carts
• Comfortable working around noise, dust, and varying temperatures
