Breakout Operator-Eugene, OR
Job Summary: The Breakout Operator is responsible for safely removing beams from storage racks, preparing materials for production, and supporting daily yard and warehouse operations. This position requires heavy lifting, operation of overhead cranes and forklifts (training provided), use of power tools, and strict adherence to all safety procedures and PPE requirements. Candidates must be dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn equipment operation.
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Starting Pay: $26.55/hour
Pre-Glue Operator-Eugene, OR
Job Summary: Pre-Glue employees will be working on a manufacturing style line completing a variety of tasks at different points in the process. Many of these tasks consist of understanding paperwork associated with daily production schedules. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where we strive to meet production demands while supporting each other whenever able. A clean work area must be maintained throughout each shift as well as company rules and safety regulations must be always followed.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Starting Pay: $25.33/hour
Fire Watch-Goshen, OR
Job Summary: As a Mill Clean Up & Firewatch crew member, you will be essential in maintaining a secure and organized mill environment. You will collaborate with maintenance and millwright teams to monitor hot work areas, enforce fire safety protocols, and help identify and address hazards promptly.
Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Please note: This schedule may change to Tuesday–Saturday based on operational needs.
Starting Pay: 26.21/ hour
Green Chain-Eugene, OR
Responsibilities:
•Pull and sort all lumber production on Green Chain, Sort Chain or Clear Chain
•Make sure all lumber is pulled into its designated load, according to size, length, and grade
•All units need stacked to the correct height and width
•Make sure the resaw and trim is properly stacked into stable units
•Trim unit will need to be banded
•Work with other pullers as a team to ensure a safe and efficient production flow
•Help ensure that all employees maintain a safe working environment and safe working habits
•Know and utilize all lock-out/tag-out procedures associated with your job duties
•When time allows, carry stickers, straighten loads, band units for forklift and clean up
Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Friday: 4:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Starting Pay: $25.21/hour
