Must be available evenings and weekends
Valid driver's license with clean driving record required
Required knowledge/Proven experience with:
' VCT strip & finish
' Concrete and vinyl floor care
' Sealing and finishing floors
You must be able to clearly describe the process for stripping and finishing VCT floors.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Knowledge of floor care chemicals and proper dilution ratios
- Ability to strip and refinish floors correctly
- Ability to perform carpet extraction
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
SOFT SKILLS
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication (phone, text, email)
- Able to work independently and report issues/progress
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK CONDITIONS
- Lift up to 100lbs and able to push/pull up to 150lbs.
- Stand/walk for extended periods
- Exposure to chemicals, loud equipment, and wet/slippery floors
