Seeking:
Apprentice/ Trainee (WE WILL PROVIDE SKILLS TRAINING)
WE work with: steel, steel structures, factory machinery, cranes, forklifts, rigging, machinery moving equipment, metal working, mechanical, concrete, wood, carpentry, and other tools.
Skills and traits of value on our jobs:
Clear head (no dope).
Safety.
Work ethic.
Honest, and respectful.
Humble enough to listen, learn, and sweep the floors (if that is what needs to be done).
Mechanical aptitude.
Valid Drivers License, and transportation to get to work.
Can follow direction, and communicate effectively with coworkers.
Construction, rigging, fitting, and layout mathematics.
Strong and healthy (our tools are heavy).
Can work at heights and out of ideal position.
Work outside/ cold/ hot/ sun/ rain (construction), Sometimes in a factory (noisy/ dirty, etc.), Sometimes at our shop (all the preceding).
Can work locally, and regionally.
Lifestyle: Are you easily bored?-We work in different industries. Our worksites change. Our work tasks vary. Sometimes our work hours and days vary. We don't like working nights or weekends. We don't like working all the time (contract work load varies). We pay per diem/ travel if working away. We play with big toys!
PAY: As good or better than the other guys.
