SCHEDULE:
Must be available to work ANY shift, including:
• Days
• Swing
• Nights
• Jump Shift
JOB DUTIES:
• Collect, inspect, and package glass fiber products
• Operate production machinery and equipment
• Inspect products for quality and weight consistency
• Label and prepare finished products for shipment
• Clear machine jams and assist with basic troubleshooting
• Maintain production records and follow work instructions
• Assist with cleanup and maintenance during downtime
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 1 month of related work experience, training, or education
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, squatting, and climbing stairs throughout shift
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Willing to complete forklift certification training
