We are looking for the right DSP to join our team for our 16 year old teenage child, weight 400 lb plus, and 6’ 1”. The agencies are slow to find people so I am trying to help speed things along. you can get paid $30.00 an hour.
He is non verbal high level autism. Requires hands on care with ADL’s can be aggressive at times with electronics, doors at various, and too much talking.
We are looking for someone with lots of experience with lots of patience, redirecting, and compassion needed.
We have opening for weekends and some day to evening shifts during week.
