Being a bachelor most of my life and having had the opportunity of acquiring some truly incredible careers over the past twenty-five plus years, has enabled me to develop a special diversity of skill sets that I believe would benefit the right singe female client. She’s a homeowner with a semi-busy schedule and is in need of someone to help assist her with daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
Unique Personal Service's i.e., Domestic, Handyman, Administrative, and Cannabis:
DOMESTIC
Again, being a bachelor most of my life has really motivated me to become exceptionally skilled in the home, by creative choice. Like cooking in the kitchen, and preparing over one-hundred meals that I know you’ll enjoy; in addition to keeping everything clean and organized. Very efficient when it comes to grocery shopping i.e., foods, vegetables, fruits, meats, chicken, fish, and meal planning, in addition to running all other errands. Keeping the house clean and organized will be done on a daily basis, to include i.e., vacuuming, dusting, floors, bathrooms, and kitchen (as needed). Laundry e.g., washing, drying, folding, ironing, and storing (as needed). Will too be able to assist you with any personal matters, health issues, family remedies, and first aid if needed.
HANDYMAN
Providing basic handyman duties and making light repairs to most e.g., electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, painting, and small appliances are fairly routine. Will keep gutters clean from leaves, wash windows (1st floor only), detail automobile, change vent filters, clean drains, and make sure everything in the house is working efficiently. Good at cleaning out old clutter places and re-organizing garage, shelves, storage, closets, and other living and working spaces. Will manage larger house projects if outside contractors or skilled tradesmen need to be called in.
ADMINISTRATIVE
With a twenty-five plus years background in business operations to include; music industry, resort engineering, insurance administration, seminars, and cannabis to name a few, has taught me the importance of running a tight ship, (in whatever it is you’re doing). Do It Well! My computer understanding is high and software operations are advanced i.e., (MS Office 365 to Excel, Word, Publisher, and Power Point); with very good writing and editing skills. Can help with finances, bookkeeping, budgets, office organization, and filing systems; most office administrative duties.

CANNABIS
Combined with domestic, handyman, and administrative skills, (in addition to having a good understanding of indoor cannabis cultivation); I too enjoy helping adults who suffer from medical issues i.e., stress, anxiety, pain, sleep, and more. SEEKING…
I’m looking for a unique one of a kind situation, certain conditions, in the local and surrounding areas; to find and create a full-time working relationship with a single female (no children). She will be in need of the above skill sets to help manage her business/career and/or personal life. A quality working relationship is the most important to me, and I do know quality can take time.
PROPOSAL
Having a lot to offer this one right person, I’d be very interested to discussing in exchange for my full-time services; i.e., living quarters, expenses, cash of at least (five hundred dollars per week), in addition to (a nice cash quarterly bonus) and two days off each week (days are negotiable).
