Literally brand new, was only used one time for less than 6 hours for a Christmas party. Doesn't have a single scratch or spot on it. This thing is heavy duty and well built, heavy thick PVC plastic with 4 T-handles that secure the tree firmly and they have a wide range, 4 spots where you can also secure it down with something (like a couple 2x4s or something if you wanted to) but it doesn't need it at all, its very sturdy and weighted at the bottom to prevent tip over. There are also 4 tabs that you can use for each securing point to ever so slightly adjust it, its super handy. Also has three metal pins in the middle of the bottom that stab into the tree to secure it in place when you put it in. 1.75 gallon water reservoir and weighs just over 5 pounds, its hefty. Bought it brand new at home depot last November for $58. Just clearing out the storage shed. FCFS, no holds. I can deliver if necessary. Thanks!
