I'm looking for an unfurnished studio, an apartment, or room with a private entrance. A converted garage with a bathroom would be ideal too. I'd like to keep it in the $700 range . It's just me and my dog. .Im in landscaper/ yard maintenance industry and can maintain the property if that's something that would be helpful I'm also a pro photographer, something I am going to actively pursue again, as I've taken several years off.
I'm an educated, older female, drama- free, and people have always told me that I'm the best and most quiet neighbor they've ever had, which is nice and very true. I stopped watching TV 15 years ago, and choose to spend my time researching things online, spending time with my dog, gardening, and reading.
I have a 17 year old husky/ shepherd, that is more important than anything in this world. He is great with people , but doesn't like to be around other animals. That's why the private entrance is so important.
I would prefer Eugene, Springfield, or Junction City, although I open to just about anywhere.
I've been looking for a place for 7 weeks, and have not had much luck even getting responses. Many fake listings which is a shame, and has consumed a lot of my time.
Time- something most people say they don't have enough of. - Myself included. I've ran out of time. I need to find a place in the next 3 days, and am hopeful something will present itself.
