Seeking Stable Home for Young Disabled Adult & Service Dog (Springfield)

Looking for a caring homeowner to rent a 2-bedroom house to a young disabled adult with a service dog.
I'm a responsible and reliable tenant in search of a stable, well-maintained home. I am on social security and receive a housing choice voucher. Unfortunately, housing instability due to mold and inhabitable conditions has forced me to move several times in the past few years. I am again facing a move due to deterioration of habitability and reluctance of the landlord to do anything about it.
My needs:
* 2-bedroom house: Provides space for myself, my medical supplies and my service dog. I am on a section 8 housing choice voucher for a 2bed single family unit.
* Caring homeowner: Someone who values maintaining the property and creating a safe, comfortable living environment.
* Accessibility: Ideally, a single story 2bedroom house that has a bath tub, and a yard for my service dog.
* Must be within lane county
About me:
* Young, responsible adult with a dynamic disability.
* Well-trained service dog who is a vital part of my life.
* I have a caregiver who comes in several days a week to help upkeep and maintain tidy sanitary environments.
* Reliable income and references available.
Why choose me as your tenant?
* I am respectful and considerate of the property. I promptly address any issues I can and reach out for help if it’s something needing more attention.
* My service dog is well-trained and housebroken.
* I value stability and long-term housing.
Please contact me if you have a 2-bedroom house available and are interested in renting to a young disabled adult with a service dog.
Please feel free to ask any questions about my disability or service dog.
Looking forward to finding a caring and stable home!
