Hi, I am seeking a place to stay, preferably fairly long term and preferably a place of my own, in the Eugene/Springfield area or not to far from it. Open to a fair amount of situations. Would be able to do a partial work trade situation, but this isn't necessary. I'm 38, male, work full-time, mellow, drama-free, will always pay rent on time, have good references, etc. Looking for something around hopefully $1200/mo, or less, with a little wiggle room for the right situation. Just thought I would throw this out there and see if anything comes of it. Let me know if you have something and think this may be a good fit, and if you have any questions, etc. for me. Thanks.
